Most shellfish in the USA is sold live, frozen (raw), or cooked.

Raw. Bite down on the body of the crab and sqeeze the meat into your mouth. Follow it up with a scoop of rice

Eat raw. Best thing to do is eat with white rice. If you want to take it up a notch, you can squeeze out the meat and innards/roe from the shell, add rice and whatever else you want (kimchi, crushed seaweed, green onions are my rec), mix with some sesame oil and eat.
