Added mushrooms into my shin ramyun today. Do you add anything into cup noodles when you eat them?

    Eggs, scallions, sometimes some perilla leaves, kimchi, maybe a drizzle of sesame oil if I’m feeling fancy.

    Have you seen that thing about making almost like an egg chawanmushi when you’re done with the noodles?

    Eat the noodles, then whisk two eggs into the leftover broth (you can also add some sesame oil, sesame seeds, green onion) and microwave for 3-4 minutes.

    It tastes really good! Definitely a good option if you’re extra hungry.

    You should always be adding stuff to your instant ramen, it’s one of the most easily upgradable foods. Simply adding an egg and fresh green onions (these 2 should always be added at minimum) can exponentially increase even the cheapest packages flavor.

    Cheese, green onion, eggs, or little beef sausages. My favorite is mussels! So yummy 😋

    Once the noodles are cooked I let it cool down and then stir in 2 whisked eggs and then 1 slice of cheese

    1/2 a can of spicy tuna, green onion, stir fried kimchi, poached or fried egg
