When in doubt, throw it out.

Yeah I wouldn’t risk it. If they were solid I would finish it in a sitting, roasted tomatillo salsa always have burned skin pieces.

It might be avocado oil droplets? Maybe? I don’t know if I would eat it, but that’s my guess about what it might be
