
What did I do wrong? Lost a half inch of liquid. Used warm jars (in a hot sink filled with hot water, with hot water in them) and boiling liquid. Turned the heat off and let it depressurize, took weight off for another 15 before opening.

How much water did you put in the pot? You need at least 3 inches without the jars in. The next thing is did you bring up to a boil and let vent for ten minutes before putting the weight on? If not the correct pressure might not been achieved. And lastly did you wipe the rim of each jar with vinegar? If not a bit of fat from the broth can inhibit the seal.
Those don’t appear to have sealed. I suggest looking up instructions for your canner, then remove the lids, wash them, wipe the jar rims, recover, and reprocess.
