Always loved the pretzel burgers at Wendy’s so wanted to make my own 🙂
Made using 80/20 ground chuck, homemade beer cheese (using Troegs Nugget Nectar) homemade crispy fried onions, honey dijon aioli, muenster cheese, pickles and bacon served on a pretzel bun.
Also made garlic parm hand cut fries to go with!
Not the best at taking great food photos but you get the idea…
