3 Tbs corn starch, 3 Tbs cold water, mix, to make slurry.

    **For the Salisbury Steak**:

    Salt

    Pepper

    Garlic powder

    Worcestershire Sauce

1 cube of beef bullion, powdered. (About 1/4 teaspoon)

    **Instruction for onion gravy**:

    1. Melt butter in pan, slice onions.

    2. Add onions, and seasoning, cook until translucent.

    3. Add remaining ingredients except the slurry. Allow to simmer.

    4. Add slurry until thickened to your licking.

    **Instructions for Salisbury steak**:

    1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

    2. Heat 1 Tbs of butter and oil in a pan over medium heat.
