  2. Honest question 🙋‍♀️ if you’re going to get a pan dirty starting this on the stove, why not just finish cooking it low and slow on the stove? You can sauté the onions giving them better flavor. If it’s because you’re leaving the house and feel safer leaving the crockpot on…3 words “This is Us”.
