    I keep chicken salad pretty simple with 20g of Ken’s lite honey mustard and 70g of fat free mayo added to a large can of chicken. Little bit of salt and crushed pepper. Pictured is half of what I made.

    Use lots of basil and a roasted chicken add mayo pepper and salt. It’s just heaven

    Mmm chicken salad is one of my favorite foods. I like change up my add-ins each time. Some options I’ve enjoyed (not all in the same batch of chicken salad!):

    Celery and onion
    Dried cranberries
    Sliced almonds
    Crushed pineapple
    Chopped hard boiled egg
