fish cake with sauerkraut and quark

    fish cake:
    1 pollock fillet
    150g corn
    150g oats
    half an onion
    1 teaspoon chicken soup powder
    chili powder
    1 clove of garlic
    refined olive oil
    ready made sauerkraut

    for the chili sauce:
    ready made red cabbage
    chili powder
    half teaspoon chicken soup powder
    oats

    sauerkraut
    quark

    puree some oats in hot water and set aside for the chili sauce.

    for the fish cake puree all ingredients with some of the oil, add that batter to a low medium heat frying pan with refined olive oil and a lid, fry for 40 min, turn and fry for another 40.

    by now the oats have segmented, carefully give the top part into a frying pan, add chili, chicken soup powder and some brine from a glass of red cabbage, mix an boil.
    coat the fish cake in the sauce and bake for 30 min at 180 °C.

    meanwhile boil the sauerkraut with some water.
