sautéed a shallot & 2 garlic cloves in a small amount of avocado oil spray. added in chopped up leftover grilled chicken and 1.5 cups cooked day old jasmine rice. seasoned with fish sauce, sambal chili paste and my bottle of go-to thai stir fry sauce (oyster sauce + golden mountain seasoning sauce + a pinch of sugar). added in a handful of Thai basil and covered for a min till it wilted. so full of flavor and filling for the amount of cals!
