    I make this every Sunday and it’s so satisfying for lunch for the week. I make 4 portions and on Fridays just eat whatever else. Easy to switch out protein, veggies, or sauces

    1 serving white rice= 170
    2 cups mixed veggies= 70
    120g chicken breast= 120
    2Tb sauce= 40
    = 400

    I just buy Frozen bags of veggie mixes and portion them into the containers. I load up on veggies. And I usually prep some chicken every Sunday so this ends up being about two big chicken breasts. I have a few different sauces that are 40 cals for two tablespoons. Some sesame sauce, orange ginger, and a bbq. I just mix a match various veggies you could also do steak or other protein.
