Is 10g of saturated fat / 48g of overall fat per day too much?

    Unless you have a medical reason to avoid fat, I’m sure you’re fine — especially if you prioritize fats high in omega-3 fatty acids over omega-6’s.

    I don’t think you’d need to worry about saturated fat at 10g a day, but if you’re worried about it I’d try to not go over 10g and find lower sat fat swaps. Maybe long term it would make a difference, but I really wouldn’t worry too much about it if the rest of your dietary patterns are relatively healthy.

    Your post history is quite concerning and shows that you are underweight and may be developing an eating disorder. Worrying about the details of your fat intake like this is probably not the best idea for you right now. I would strongly recommend talking to your doctor and/or a therapist for support.
