Chili Mac. I do a few boxes of velvetta Mac and cheese, slow cook the meat and shred it when done, then add homemade chili and the Mac and mix together. It’s filling and you’ll have leftovers for days

Make a rub of equal parts salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder. Place on a bed of sliced onions and cook until shred tender.
Remove and shred add a bit of the liquid in the pot for moisture.
You have a base meat to make a variety of things.
You can make tacos, add to pasta sauce and put over pasta, add to a stir fry or make pulled BBQ sandwiches.

Sear it, cube it up, crok pot low for 6 to 8 hours with 2 cans red enchilada sauce, can of green chilies, 2 bullion cubes. Shred. Now you have filling for enchiladas, tacos, or throw on polenta. Good with eggs too.

I made steak bites out of chuck roast once and it came out delicious. Cut it in half so it’s thinner , then cut it into bite size cubes, season to your liking. I cooked mine in the air fryer (and added butter) but it can be cooked in a cast iron or pan too.
Dutch oven. Surround it with veggies, season it. Put it in the oven for 6-8hrs on 250°. Use some water to create a beef stock.

I can’t believe the price, literally half the cost I would pay in my country and I live in a cattle raising region.

Whoa, whoa, whoa. There’s still plenty of meat on that bone. Now you take this home, throw it in a pot, add some broth, a potato. Baby, you’ve got a stew going!

I need to cook or freeze this bad boy today. Any suggestions that’s not a standard potatoes-and-carrots pot roast?
ETA: I have been properly corrected that this is a chuck tender and I mis-posted because reading is difficult.
