takes no more than 20 minutes including prep, 1 can of tuna and one cup (120 grams) kidney beans, also I used one can of tonno e faglio from nixe that I found from lidl dirt cheap but you can substitute with more tuna beans and some tomato passata and sweetner, one can of corn, some packaged rucola, half a red onion, 10 slivers of bell pepper, clove of garlic, and a dressing of soya sauce, fish sauce, teaspoon of olive oil and worcheister sauce. cooked the onions garlic and bell pepper in a pan for 7 minutes with some of the dressing and once it is done add in the beans and tuna, and once thoroughly cooked plate it with some barbeque sauce on top (I used the packets from KFC that I had left over). Great for keeping me full and for hitting my protein target.
