Preheat oven to 200 Degrees Celsius.2. Pat 500 grams of the chicken dry with paper towels and place in a medium bowl.3. To a bowl mince or press 3 garlic cloves. Add black pepper, salt, and half of the lemon juice.4. Finely chop cilantro leaves and add half to the bowl. Add olive oil. Add the chicken and turn the chicken until well coated with the marinade.5. Place chicken in the oven and bake, turning once, until cooked through, 25 minutes.6. While baking chicken, halve the grape tomatoes crosswise. Add to the salad bowl.7. Small dice avocado and add to the salad bowl.8. Trim off and discard the ends of the onion and remove the outer layer; small dice the onion. Add to the salad bowl.9.
