Appreciation post for yellow pickle onion and chunjang – Korean Chinese is never the same without this holy trinity – slathered in vinegar of course

    It’s not just good with Korean Chinese! I pull out the yellow pickle and chunjang combo whenever I have a spicy soup – things like ramyun, yukgaejang – for things that are already spicy I find I prefer this over kimchi (blasphemous I know)!
