    This is one of my fav dish. Vitamins of broccoli capers and olives with carb of the Pasta

    Below the recipe and the procedure description:

    **RECIPE:**

    * Pasta 400gr 14oz (I used Rigatoni Rummo – gluten free I’m celiac)
    * Broccoli 400gr / 14oz
    * 4 anchovies in oil
    * Capers and olives to taste
    * 2 cloves of garlic
    * Oil, chilli pepper and pecorino cheese to taste

    **PROCEDURE:**

    1. Cut the olives into small pieces, wash the capers and chop the anchovies
    2. Put everything in a bowl adding EV olive oil and a little of garlic. Keep aside
    3. Wash and cut the broccoli. In a saucepan add the water as soon as it starts to boil add the broccoli and salt
    4. After a few minutes add the pasta and cook (check the pasta cooking times indicated on the package, the broccoli must boil for at least 10 minutes)
    5. EVO oil in a pan, a little chilli pepper and 2 cloves of garlic. Sauté for 2-3 min
    6. Add the olives, capers and anchovies and cook for 3-4min more adding some pasta cooking water.
    7. Drain broccoli and pasta in the pan and sauté everything on high heat (Do this step when there are 3 minutes left until the pasta is cooked)
    8. Serve adding pecorino cheese and a drizzle of fresh oil
