    **Ingredients:**

    · 3 conference pears.
    · glass of sugar.
    · glass of brandy.
    · glass of sugar.
    · 8-10 cloves.
    · 3 cinnamon sticks.

    **Instructions:**

    1. Peel the pears.
    2. Put them in the pot.
    3. Add water, brandy, sugar, cloves and cinnamon sticks.
    4. Turn heat up and cook for 15 minutes.
    5. Remove ingredients from liquid with a slotted spoon.
    6. Increase heat to high and cook liquid slightly thickened (about 8 minutes)
    7. Transfer syrup to small milk juk.
    8. Put the pear on a plate, pour the syrup, decorate with a cinnamon stick and isomalt glass
