시금치무침? Maybe a different green? But it most definite looks similar
Edit: did you mean the right side? It’s the only greens I see

Was it mini bok choy or komatsuna? Do you have any details about the stiffness or floppiness, flavor or aroma?

That looks like Chinese broccoli. What did it taste like? Vinegary? Salty? It looks like it was blanched…probably in salted water.

It’s definitely the Spinach dish and not the Chinese Bok Choy or whatever it’s called.

the Cantonese name we call it is choi sum. unfortunately i don’t know the English equivalent for it. you could probably find it at Hmart or other nearby Asian market.
