I made a video of myself making this, I’d really appreciate it if you’d drop by and leave a like/comment! 🙂[https://youtu.be/j_D3P41tZYA](https://youtu.be/j_D3P41tZYA)**Jeyuk Bokkeum:**– 400g pork (thinly sliced and cut into bite sized pieces)– half a medium onion, thickly sliced– 1 large stalk of green onion– 1 or 2 tbsp cooking oil**For the marinade:**– 1 tbsp sugar– 3 tbsp gochujang– 1 tbsp gochugaru– 1 tbsp minced garlic– 1 tbsp minced ginger– 2 tbsp soy sauce– 2 tbsp sesame oil– 2 fresh chillies (optional)– a few shakes of black pepper– 3 tbsp Korean plum extract​**Directions:**1. prepare and combine all the ingredients for the marinade2. add sliced pork to marinade and mix well3. let the pork sit in the marinade for at least 30 minutes4. add onions and green onions to marinated pork mix5. heat the oil in a large pan (you may need to cook the pork in 2 batches depending on the size of your pan)6. add the pork and cook in until lightly caramelized.
