1. Pan fry your Salmon until fully cooked and flake it in the pan.
2. In the same pan, add in your tomato paste, sugar (to balance out the sourness of the tomato paste) salt and pepper to taste.
3. Add water if needed to thin out the sauce.
4. Bring to a boil and add in your frozen peas and carrots.
Optional: Add in your Sambal chilli paste if you prefer.
5. Serve with steaming, hot, rice and jammy eggs.

Ingredients:
• 1 serving of frozen or fresh Salmon; flaked
• 1/2 cup Frozen green peas and carrots
• 1/4 Cup Tomato sauce
•Sugar, Salt, and Pepper to taste.
• Water as needed
