Buffalo chicken soup

    —1 lb ground chicken —3/4 cup Frank’s red hot sauce —3 tablespoons roasted red peppers diced —can diced tomatoes with juices —can great northern beans drained and rinsed —1 8 oz brick cream cheese —4 cups stock of choice —1 teaspoon garlic powder —1 teaspoon onion powder —1 tablespoon salt —1 can corn drained

    Brown ground chicken in frying pan. In crockpot— COOK ON HIGH 2 HOURS. Serve with blue cheese crumbles.
