I’m working through some mental health stuff, so my tracking isn’t perfect and I left a thing or two out but I am currently attempting to use this thread as accountability in recovering from an E.D. My goal right now is to fuel my body more often and eat more regular fulfilling meals to prevent binge eating or meal skipping. I am very short so 1500 or so is my aim, I’m happy to be here 😊
