Chop the onions, pan to medium heat, add oil, onions, salt, pepper, red pepper powder. After 15 minutes, reduce the temperature, add a little water, cover and continue frying.
Remove the chicken livers from the packaging and pat them dry with a paper towel.
Remove any membranes or anything that doesn’t look like liver 😛
If there are large pieces, cut them into smaller ones so that they are easier to turn in the pan
Sprinkle a bit of flour on top, Heat pan to medium heat, add oil and add liver and BEWARE! because sometimes it pops and it can be dangerous in combination with hot fat.
Fry for no more than 10-12 minutes. turn it over to cook it evenly. At the end of frying, add salt and pepper and then ready onions. Stir, transfer to a plate and enjoy.
