Heat pot on med-high, once hot add pork fat. Sautee for 1 minute. 2. Add Pork, 1 tbs sesame oil & 1tbs of doenjang. Sautee 2-3 minutes. Add kimchi.3. Sautee a couple minutes more, until kimchi is lightly softened. 4. Add green and white onion5. Add 1 cup of kimchi brine, sugar gochugaru, gochujang, remaining sesame oil and broth. 6. Mix well then cover. 7. Bring to boil then simmer on low for 20 minutes. 8. Remove lid and spoon in large “bites” of your tofu. 9. Mix and cover, simmer for a few more minutes. 10. Add remaining kimchi brine if necessary, as well as any of the other ingredients listed to taste. 1lb kimchiÂ
2 cups kimchi brineÂ
1 oz pork fatÂ
