20-Min Pork Loin Stew

    Ingredients:

    Pork Loin ($3.25)

    Bell Pepper ($1.00)

    Small Tomato Sauce ($1.75)

    Mushroom (from the fridge)

    Frozen Peas and Carrots (from the fridge)

    Garlic (as much as you want)

    Salt & Pepper

    Sugar (to sweeten the sauce a bit)

    Optional: I used bouillon cubes and hot sauce.

    Instructions:

    1. Sauté the garlic til fragrant
    2. Cut your pork loin into cubes and add to the pot.
    3. Add in your tomato sauce and a bit of water. Wait for it to start simmer and add the bouillon cubes.
    4. Add in the rest of your ingredients and season to taste with soy sauce, salt and pepper and sugar.
    5. Add hot sauce if you desire.
