This was my first time trying Korean food and certainly not my last omg I need to know what these foods were I was pretty drunk before going here unfortunately so I can’t remember what anything was called
great_auks
dish 1 might be buldak. was the “pasta thing” like a chewy white cylinder? might be tteok.
the veggie with the fried chicken is pickled radish
The fermented vegetable is just a mu (Korean radish) quick pickle. You can make it pretty easily by yourself at home, actually:
– Chop mu into cubes or other small shape and put it into a heatsafe container like a glass jar – Bring a brine of 2:1:1 water/sugar/salt (you can adjust the ratios if you want a more/less salty/sweet taste) to a boil – Dump brine into container while it is still hot – Keep in fridge for a few days – Eat when it tastes ready – it keeps for several weeks

Looks like dakgalbi with mozzarella on top. It’s really easy to make: [https://www.maangchi.com/recipe/dakgalbi](https://www.maangchi.com/recipe/dakgalbi)
