    1: cabbage. Prep: Cooked bacon and onions for cabbage. Washed and cut cabbage.

    Cook. Boiled cabbage in water with bacon until done.

    2: Broccoli and chicken dish. Prep: Pulled from bone and shredded cooked chicken and cooked bacon and onions.

    Cook. Boiled broccoli. Added ranch and cheese for final dish. Baked in oven.

    3: String Beans. Prep: Washed and cut string beans and vacuum sealed. Cooked sausage and sliced kiobasa.

    Cook: Boiled string beans with chicken broth and basil. Added meats when done.

    4: Pepper Chicken. Prep: Prepped 1 lb chicken(cut 1/2” cubes), 1 white onion and celery diced, sauce (1/4 c oyster sauce, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp white pepper, 1 tsp rice wine).

    Cook: Dusted chicken in corn starch and fried. Sautéd onions snd celery in 1 tbls of oil. Added sauce and cooked until bubbly. Added chicken to coat. Served with rice.

    5: Zuppa Tuscana. Prep: Prepped potatoes, cooked bacon and onions, cooked sausage.

    Cook: Boiled bacon, kale, chicken broth and potatoes until done. Added sausage and heavy cream once potatoes were done.
