First I want to clarify my English is not perfect, it could be something you read, Google translate translated it wrong haha. I will try to write without using it, but I don’t know many terms yet and I use google. 😅🥴
Ingredients:
2 kg of pork rib. 300 gr of BBQ. Wine vinegar Seasonings: Salt Pepper Sweet paprika or paprika garlic powder soy sauce.
I looked for many tips to make it because it was my first time 1st you need to remove the white membrane that they bring, then if you bathe the pork in wine vinegar it will get softer (worked so i guess its important) add the seasonings and start baking.
BAKE time :
⬇️⚠️ 200°🌡 centigrades (i know in several countries use farenheit= 400°) 1) preheat 15 minutes . 2) 1h and 40 minutes only with condiments. 3) 30 minutes with the 1st layer of bbq. 4) 1 hr with the oven off (yes believe me i was like makes no sense but saw in like 5 videos from youtube they do it looks like it’s kind of slow cooker and it works 🤷🏽♀️). 5) 10 minutes with second layer of bbq.

This sounds and looks amazing! I bet the smell and taste are even better! I misread your title initially and thought that you had dropped a piece of pork and so made baked ribs out of it instead. I was sitting here wondering what you would have made if they weren’t dropped lol

I found ribs for less that $10 per pack for the first time since before COVID the other day. Got a couple of them. I was so excited!
