    ✅Curd — 500 g (1 lb)
    ✅Wheat flour (3 – 4 table spoons in the dough, the rest for molding) — 6 tbsp
    ✅Chicken eggs — 1 pc
    ✅Sugar — 4 tbsp
    ✅Vanilla sugar — 1 teaspoon
    ✅Salt — a pinch
    ✅oil (for frying)

    Mash the cottage cheese with a fork so that there are no lumps (I usually just put all ingredients into blender) add sugar or a sweetener that is not afraid of heat treatment, salt, vanilla sugar, mix. Pour 3-4 tbsp of sifted flour, add the egg and mix again.

    Sprinkle the work surface with flour. Form cheesecakes in same shape with wet hands and then roll them in flour.

    Pour oil with a high smoke point into the pan. Warm up well. Lay out the cheesecakes. Fry them on both sides until golden brown. Turn the heat down to low and cook the syrniki under the lid until tender (about 1-2 minutes). Serve warm with sour cream or your favorite sauce, berry jam or condensed milk
