Garlic butter salmon & broccoli with rice/quinoa

    Recipe for One

    -1 minced garlic clove sauteed in 1tbsp butter over med low heat
    -in separate pan, saute broccoli with 1 tbsp of olive oil over medium high heat, move broccoli to garlic butter
    -fry salmon filet over medium heat (add more oil if needed), flip and cook to 120°
    -drizzle garlic butter and serve

    It would work well with frozen prawns too
