Dinner – Air fried parmesan, mustard salmon, roasted broccoli and parmesan, butter orzo. 411 calories. 45 grams protein.

    Here’s how I cooked everything —

    The salmon was seasoned with salt and pepper then I placed 5 grams of dill mustard on top of the salmon, and 5 grams of grated parmesan on top of that and sprayed a touch of olive oil spray on top so it would brown. Air fried it at 400F for 10-12 minutes.

    The broccoli was cut up, sprayed with a touch of olive oil spray and then seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder and a little lemon pepper. Roasted at 425F for 10 minutes. When it came out of the oven at the end, i put a little lemon juice on top.

    While both of those were cooking, I brought some water to a boil and added in 28 grams of orzo pasta. Cooked per box directions. Once it was done, i drained it and added in 7 grams of light butter and 5 grams of grated parmesan.

    Plated it all up once it was done and enjoyed.
