    I am exhausted and sick of doing dishes, but still tracking every calorie and avoiding eating out! This weekend I want to plan better to make it easier during the workday next week. Today’s breakdown:

    Breakfast: tofu scramble, asparagus and mushrooms, rice paper “bacon”, avocado toast

    Lunch: salad with spring greens, BBQ seitan, carrots, red onion, green goddess dressing

    Snack: strawberries, mango and banana,

    Dinner: Tvp tacos, rice and beans
