According to the label on raw skinless chicken breasts it’s 84 cals for 100 g – but don’t raw skinless chicken breasts have165 cals in 100 g? Why does the label claim 84, is it differences in water content or something of that sort…?

I meant 89 cals *
The calculation on the pack seems correct. I just looked up my brand here in Ireland and it says 110 cals for 113 grams, which I’m guessing is one average breast. You might get those bigger breasts normally.
I’m guessing water content definitely has a roll to play also.
