Finally decided to trash my kitchen, double frying some yangnyeom-tongdak. There are no decent Korean restaurants in my small town, let alone Korean chicken places. Also, I had to order the potato starch. Anyway, here’s the final result. Great recipe from Maangchi, but I tweaked her sauce a bit.
