What are the names of these side dishes? I want to find the recepis.

I went to Rome, Italy on holiday and ate at a Korean restaurant. I ordered a Korean fried pancake and I got the side dishes as an extra. I loved the side dishes and I want to try to make them at home. I thought maybe they’re popular and you can help me with finding the names.
From left to right
1 strokes of eggs ? 2 paprika, pepper, aubergine? Have no idea 3 ? 4 potato dish 5 kimchi 6 cucumber in vinegar?

2) ? Aubergine looks right but it’s hard to tell

& add “banchan” to any of these words when searching for recipes
Second one looks like shisito peppers then spinach?
