Nigerian Beef Stew

Based on [this recipe](https://tasty.co/recipe/nigerian-beef-stew), cooked on HIGH for 5 hours. I only took one habanero (and removed the seeds) and replaced the water and cubes beef bouillon with 400 ml beef fonds.
