INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F/ 175°C, then line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper. Set aside. 2. In a large bowl, mix the melted butter and eggs together. Add in the melted chocolate and mix until everything is well combined. 3. Add the dry ingredients and mix for a few minutes until the batter is smooth and creamy. Transfer the brownie batter to the prepared pan. 4. To make the cheesecake layer, mix cream cheese, and sweetener in a mixing bowl until it is creamy and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined. 5. Add dollops of the cheesecake mixture over the brownie batter, then swirl together using a fork or toothpick. 6.
