




The local grocery store had some amazing fresh spinach, so I decided to make some steak gimbap!
I usually use thinly sliced bulgogi, but I decided to be fancy and use marinated NY strip steak cut in thicker pieces. It was a little harder to roll tightly.. but worth it!
I love to make it with just beef, egg, carrot, spinach, and danmuji. (Forgot to take pics of the egg strips and danmuji)
Anyone else like a piece of kimchi with every bite? 🙂
