I made a creamy, garlicky sauce with mushrooms to serve over pasta! I didn’t really measure anything, so these are mostly estimates:

    Ingredients:
    -8oz mushrooms, sliced
-6oz frozen precooked mussels (or more, this is all I bought)
    -An onion, diced
    -Butter/margarine, probably 4-5tbsp
    -Garlic minced – to taste
-Salt, pepper and chicken bouillon to taste
    -Milk, probably a cup
    -Pasta of your choice
    -Flour, probably a few tbsp
-Fresh parsley for garnish if youre feeling fancy

Sautee onion, mushroom and garlic in butter til cooked through. Add flour, whisk. Whisk in milk and spices and simmer, stirring occasionally until it thickens to your liking (add some more flour, milk or pasta water if needed). Add mussels and cook for several minutes until heated through. Serve over pasta and garnish with parsley! I added some shakey cheese after too. Enjoy! 🙂
