**Instructions**
1. In a small bowl combine yogurt with lime juice and mix into a smooth sauce. 2. Place two hot samosas in the centre of each of 4 serving plates. 3. Cover the samosas with the chickpeas and onion. Top with mint and coriander sauce, yogurt sauce and tamarind sauce. Finish with puffed rice and cilantro leaves.
