    130 grams low fat French quark = 68 cals
    30 grams dates (I used Mazafati, would be even tastier with Medjool), pureed = 94 cals
    5 grams dutch cocoa = 15 cals
    5 grams desiccated coconut = 33 cals
    3 almonds = 21 cals

    I’ve ground the almonds and coconut up together in my pestle and mortar, and used it as a topping.

    Total = 231 cals, with 12 grams protein

    This is so delicious! It’s definitely not cheesecake, but reminds me of it. You can make a bigger portion if you want to, it has no unhealthy ingredients
