Grabbed all of this stuff from my local H Mart. If you live near a Korean supermarket, it should have similar stuff.
Everything was bought already prepared except the oyster mushrooms and the tofu. These were marinated with gochujang, Shaoxing wine, sesame oil, a bit of molasses, and soy sauce. Tofu was air fryed (400 for 10 minutes) and mushrooms sautéed (medium heat for maybe 10 min?).
Really low effort for one of my favorite meals!
