ever since i learned about the healthiness and cost of oats i’ve been intrigued. but i couldn’t be bothered to spend 20 minutes every day chowing down on porridge or muesli. so i rather drink them.
mix boiling water and oats with a teaspoon of coconut oil in a mason jar and leave until cool. then add enough water to make it a drink and puree, put in another jar with a lid and in the fridge, you’ll have to shake before drinking.
