We are talking New York style here. I have tired about 6 different dough recipes over the last few months and think I’ve got it down to one I absolutely love. I have been rating them off of taste, recipe ease, difficulty of working with/ stretching, how it gets along with the oven (blackstone pizza oven), crispiness while remaining soft.
Uncle Frank’s Backyard on social media has a wonderful page and explains so much. Watching him has changed my pizza so much.
Just looking to see if anyone has tried Uncle Franks dough recipe and what are your thoughts.

To continue developing as a pizza maker, you will eventually want to make your own dough recipe, using [bakers percent](https://www.kingarthurbaking.com/pro/reference/bakers-percentage) , controlling the variables and keeping good notes on your experiments. Congrats on your progress so far, and keep going!
