chicken hearts 1-2 eggs flour (w700 and up) chili powder salt butter mirin hot sauce
fry the hearts for a while until mostly done. let them cool and scramble the eggs with a couple of drops of mirin. prepare a mix of flour, salt and chili powder, heat butter in a pan add medium to high heat. put the hearts in the eggs and coat, then into the flour, back to the eggs and into the flour, then fry them. serve with hot sauce.
