This looks great! Did you change anything for the batter or just did it the same?

I find the air fryer great for reheating pizza, fried chicken, stuff like frozen fries, already breaded frozen nuggets & tenders, etc.
But everytime I’ve tried to bread something myself (either flour/spices, breadcrumbs, even wet batter which obviously sticks, etc) it has turned out AWFUL. Have tried several techniques, including spraying with oil. I’m yet to make anything in it that resembles deep fried food (other than reheating something already deep fried!…).
I also don’t like deep frying at home due to oil smell (although I’ve got pretty good at using my wok for it if I get a big craving). Would be interested what your chicken looked like before the sauce because I’m unconvinced!

Good lord, that’s complicated.
