This is 183 levs ($101 / €93) of shopping in Bulgaria. Is this reasonable?

If I take this at face value and assume the branded products were found in a U.S. grocery store as American equivalent brands I would say a good haul for $101.
I’d have no idea if this is a good haul in Bulgaria unfortunately. I don’t know the overall cost of living and the typical pricing and availability of products over there. Can’t speak for the brands but the produce looks nice to me. You’ll have to eat those bananas quickly though because they’ll brown out in less than a week!

The olives and what I think is olive oil in the back alone would be about $30 or more in the US, if those are specialty olives from an olive bar in the plastic container then closer to $40. It’s tough to say though because I’m not sure what some of the stuff is, there could be some items in there that are expensive. I would expect the produce to run at least $35 too, probably more since the mushrooms would be weighed by the pound instead of in the little 8 or 16 oz packs that are pre-priced and there being just so much of it. Just based on those two things I’d say you probably got a pretty good deal compared to what you would expect in the US, especially good if some of the stuff I can’t see is higher quality meat and/or other expensive products.
