We could not for the life of us make this one look as nice as in the book, but the flavors were great and it was easy to make. We had leftovers for a couple days and they were still good. I was expecting more of a sweet potato texture, but it was more chalky which was different. Google tells me that these squash range from soft to chalky, hopefully next time we get the other texture. Anyways, 8/10 I would make this again
