I’ll include some modifications but this is how I prefer to make it
INGREDIENTS:
1.) egg whites
2.) Almond milk. Skim milk or any low cal milk
3.) sugar free Pudding mix (can sub for extract vanilla etc.)
4.) Artificial sweetener(preferably powdered)
5.) Optional instant coffee(decafe or caffeinated)
INSTRUCTIONS
1.) Combine 1 part egg whites for 1/2 part almond milk (you can tweek This depending on cook time and thickness preference)
2.) whisk, blend, or best use an immersion blender to mix ingredients
3.) Add some of the pudding mix + sweetener, the more you add the thicker it gets start slow you can add more later
4.) Nuke it in the microwave, preferably 50% heat so the egg whites don’t explode. 5-10 minutes it doesn’t make a difference
5.) blend again preferably with immersion blender, as to recombine the egg whites into pudding.(after heat they will solidify)
6.) Add more sweetener or pudding mix if it’s too bland.
7.) If the mix is to liquidy, add more egg whites and Nuke again for 5 minutes and re blend
calories. About 150 depending on your pudding mix quantity and almond milk type I usually use around 7 oz egg whites, 3 oz almond milk and 1/8th pack of pudding mix

Too much work for me. I’ll stick with the 60 cal sugar free pudding cups. Lol
Such a good idea! My microwave is broken. Do you think this could be made ok on stovetop, or too much heat?
Also, what’s that on the top? Almost looks like creme brûlée dessert.
